Origins tracing back more than 5000 years and an ever-increasing popularity around the globe make Traditional Chinese Medicine a highly interesting topic. This course takes you on the route of a different approach to health and living. It explains the basic philosophies of TCM, the history of the medical system, the diagnostic as well as the diverse therapy methods. Get yourself inspired by a different perspective on how the body works and interrelates with its environment and learn how to implement TCM into daily life.

Confidently use a sewing machine after this two-session class! Learn how to thread the machine and wind the bobbin, sew in a straight line, tackle corners, curves, and reversing. Over the course of the sessions you will complete three separate projects: an infinity scarf, a lined tote bag and a zipped make up bag.
